Overview

ISO 29001:2020 Certification – Quality Management System for the Oil and Gas Industry sets requirements for design, development, installation, production, and services related to products in the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas industries.

Why implement ISO 29001:2020 Certification – Quality Management System for the Oil and Gas Industry

Within safety-critical systems, independent verification of the quality of your services through ISO 29001:2020 certification demonstrates your commitment to quality to customers and stakeholders. It not only covers your systems and processes but also shows that you care about personnel and their organizations.

Risks in the oil and gas sector must comply with technical requirements, user requirements, and regulations within quality processing systems (including liquid and gas handling), often under high pressure and through various products and processes.

If hazardous substances are not properly handled or managed, they can cause serious harm to people and the environment. Reminding and encouraging all employees to remain vigilant is of great importance. Environmental protection and corporate responsibility must be maintained at a high level throughout operations.

Due to the complexity of the sector, suppliers of oil and gas equipment and services are dispersed across different regions and often operate in developed countries with very different cultural approaches.

Compliance with ISO 29001:2020 certification ensures improved business continuity (maintaining revenue streams for both the company and the national economy) and supports the reduction of operational risks while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
