Similar to the ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 certification is one of the standards issued by the International Organization for Standardization and is widely applied by organizations and enterprises.
Currently, ISO 14001 is the leading environmental management standard recognized worldwide. ISO 14001:2015 is the latest version of the environmental management system standard, helping enterprises demonstrate commitments to environmental issues such as:

ISO 14001 Certification – Environmental Management System refers to the certification assessment process confirming that an organization or enterprise has implemented and operated the ISO 14001 standard. This serves as evidence that the enterprise has an environmental management system meeting the required criteria. It is an advantage that helps enterprises strengthen their brand reputation and expand their production and business scale.
ISO 14001:2015 Certification is also proof of commitment by organizations and enterprises to reduce waste and promote recycling of materials when necessary. Organizations and enterprises can realize benefits not only in cost savings but also in gaining opportunities for new bidding projects.

The validity of the certificate is calculated from the date of issuance to the expiry date according to regulations. ISO 14001:2015 certification is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance.
During this period, enterprises must maintain implementation of the standard. Surveillance audits will be conducted twice, not exceeding 12 months per audit, by the certification body.
The certificate may be withdrawn in the following cases:
Failure to implement and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) after certification
Improper operation or non-conformity of EMS without effective corrective actions following surveillance audit recommendations
Expiry of the ISO certificate
