QCVN 4 is a technical regulation specifying safety requirements and management requirements for electrical and electronic equipment listed in its Appendix. This list may be amended, supplemented, or abolished by decision of the Minister of Science and Technology.
Electrical and electronic equipment in this regulation refers to devices connected directly or via sockets to low-voltage power sources, used in households, commercial environments, and similar purposes (excluding medical and telecommunications equipment).
